for 24phwin Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "24phwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 24phwin platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://24phwin.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 24phwin platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 24phwin website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 24phwin registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's 24phwin account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity and eligibility.

By accessing or using the 24phwin platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 24phwin. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

24phwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 24phwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 24phwin or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 24phwin or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times.

24phwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 24phwin at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment methods, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

24phwin will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from 24phwin, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 24phwin support without delay. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but we cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

24phwin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes due to banking system delays.
• 24phwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 24phwin reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with such requests.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 24phwin reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

24phwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full registration and KYC verification process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if requirements are not met within the stated period.
• 24phwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed on 24phwin are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the 24phwin system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• 24phwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Settlement times vary by product.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of 24phwin's trading and compliance team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• 24phwin does not accept bets from players who have knowledge of the outcome of an event prior to its official conclusion, including but not limited to match-fixing scenarios.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24phwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the 24phwin platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 24phwin staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 24phwin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 24phwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 24phwin.
• Use the 24phwin brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 24phwin's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24phwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

24phwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 24phwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

24phwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy.

By registering on 24phwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing of financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering (AML), and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Delivery of customer support services.
• Sending promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming compliance.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting 24phwin support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by 24phwin: 24phwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 24phwin staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 24phwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

24phwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the 24phwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 24phwin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 24phwin support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

For disputes relating to the regulatory conduct of 24phwin's gaming operations, players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
